In an ideal location near Parc de l’Esplanade and Chemin de la Pointe-Nord, Evolo II includes a condo tower and town homes. The street entrances to these town homes sit lower than their back decks, serving to accommodate indoor parking without sacrificing window space. In turn, this enhances the urban landscape by considerably reducing the number of parked cars on the road. Each unit has a private courtyard. The shared spaces were designed to reflect the riverscape through sinuous lines and shapes.
