Rooftop terrace

Residents of Montréal’s Victoria sur le parc enjoy an exceptional living environment with a range of amenities for entertaining or savouring a bit of calm. The rooftop also features an enticing pool perfect for languorous afternoons

The paving stones outside the building echo those in the park, creating a visual connection to the project’s namesake and a feeling of continuity. The 10th-floor rooftop has been transformed into a welcoming common area with terracing to accommodate an in-ground pool. An infinity edge masks the bustle of urban life with its soothing sounds while enhancing water quality. A livelier space equipped with tables and a BBQ – perfect for festive gatherings – is laid out on the lower level. This effective terracing creates social and quiet zones, so that everyone can enjoy themselves. A series of sun loungers under a pergola round out this haven of relaxation.

The openwork roofing of the pergola produces an intimate feel, offsetting the height of the adjacent tower. The upper floors look out over this chic communal space and the landing above it, where clever planting of vegetation in geometric patterns conceals mechanical equipment.
