Evolo I views on the St. Lawrence and a picturesque living environment

As the first residential phase of the Pointe-Nord project, Evolo I was developed with an eye to highlighting the site’s unique character. It offers a picturesque living environment in the heart of the city.

Evolo I includes a 30-floor condo tower and 16 townhomes. These residences have been oriented for optimal views of the St. Lawrence in a people-centred environment. A long ornamental water feature hugs the contours of the building, as if an extension of the indoor pool, visible through generous windows. This shared outdoor space is dotted with sun loungers that offer a gorgeous river view. The pergolas and greenery framing this little haven enhance residents’ privacy, while the cascading water and jets of a central fountain muffle urban noise. This intimate courtyard connects to the riverside multiuse path.

The town homes offer equally interesting surroundings. Located on the street, the pedestrian walkway, or the inner courtyard, their terraces all face the majestic St. Lawrence and are bordered by lush greenery. These many features combine to make Evolo I a unique living space, nestled in an attractive, up-and-coming neighbourhood.
