Le William
Description
Le William is a 170-unit urban condo project located in the heart of the historic Griffintown neighborhood in Montreal’s South-West neighborhood. The project is the result of a series of contemporary buildings making a nod to the old building built in 1895 by the Sadler family. The project revolves around a luxurious inner courtyard abundantly planted. This oasis of greenery, inserted in the heart of the complex is accessible to all and visible balconies creating a screen between the noise of the adjacent streets and the tranquility of the project.
The project was planned according to sustainable development criteria: use of permeable paving stones, development of drought tolerant plants and low maintenance requirements, large-scale tree planting to reduce the heat.
